Project Overview

A large-scale industrial wastewater treatment project serving an electronic-information industrial park of approximately 67,000 m². The park covers chip design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, applications and platform services, while the wastewater station is designed for 30,000 m³/d and mainly treats mixed PCB-industry wastewater.

PROCESS ROUTE

Influent → Equalization Tank & Pump Station → Coagulation Sedimentation → Hydrolysis Acidification → Membrane Screen → Modified A2O (MBR) → Denitrification Filter → Transition Tank → Ozone Catalytic Oxidation Tower → V-type Filter → Discharge Tank → Compliant Discharge

Sangpo Sheepskin Processing Wastewater Treatment Project

Project Overview

A wastewater-treatment station serving a sheepskin and fur-processing enterprise located in Sangpo Village, a major sheepskin-processing cluster. The plant treats 5,000 m³/d of wastewater characterized by complex composition, high pollution load and substantial fluctuations in water quality and flow.

Xuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Wastewater Treatment Project

Project Overview

An industrial wastewater treatment plant in Xuzhou serving a high-end intelligent manufacturing industrial park with a planned area of approximately 20,000 mu. The park is led by engineering machinery and intelligent equipment industries and also develops new-energy and new-material sectors. Phase I treatment capacity is 10,000 t/d.

Wastewater → Coarse Screen → Influent Pump Station → Fine Screen → Aerated Grit Chamber → Equalization Tank → Hydrolysis Tank → Five-stage A/A/O (AAOAO) Bioreactor → Secondary Sedimentation → Powdered Carbon Contact → Magnetic Coagulation Sedimentation → Rotary Disc Filter → Contact Disinfection → Parshall Flume → Final Discharge
